AFC/TeleCare is our telemedicine service available to all residents of Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia. Through AFC/TeleCare, our Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers can provide COVID-19 screenings and can diagnosis and treat many acute health care problems, as well as help patients with their chronic conditions.  Below is a list of common reasons for an AFC/TeleCare visit.A patient can sign up for an AFC/TeleCare visit by registering at afcurgentcare.com/telecare

U-Save pharmacy is offering prescription delivery to the Birmingham area! Delivery is $10 and prescriptions can be delivered same or next day. To have prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy or to request them to be filled, patients can call 205-201-7295. Our delivery team is taking all the protective measures necessary to minimize the spread of the virus.

While all U-Save pharmacies are located inside AFC clinics, they are technically a separate pharmacy. You do not need to be an AFC patient in order to use U-Save and the delivery service.
